Buyers Health Guarantee by Seller.

          I, the buyer, enter into this agreement with the full knowledge that once this animal 
leaves these premises, I assume full responsibility for its life, health, medical expenses, and well being. This dog is, on date of delivery, in good health to the best of my knowledge, and all vaccines and de-worming is current.

I, the buyer have, 48 hours to take this dog to a veterinarian and if anything life threatening is found, caused before it left these premises, it will be exchanged for an animal of equal value at once or when one becomes available. No refunds will be given, Any evidence of neglect or abuse by buyer will void this contract. 

Puppy is guaranteed for one year from date of birth for any congenital disease. A notarized veteranarian report from a full autopsy, stating from a medical certainty that the death was caused from a prenatal state will be required. Breeder's vet must agree and confirm the diagnosis. A replacement puppy of equal value and same gender will be given to the buyer from the next available litter. This guarantee does not cover diseases that vaccinations could prevent. 

Seller is NOT responsible for any expenses, medical or otherwise on behalf of the buyer of the puppy. Seller is NOT responsible for any shipping costs associated with a replacement puppy.

This contract does not cover viruses or parasites, internal or external, (worms, ear mites, fleas or ticks), or any minor conditions such as hernias, open fonts or hypoglycemia. A diagnosis of coccidian, giardia, parasites, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your puppy unhealthy. These conditions are common in young puppies. Coccidia can be caused by stress when transporting or moving young puppies. These items can be found on the ground, in water, and public places and are treatable conditions. 

Breeder cannot guarantee that puppies being sold with full registration rights will be successful in breeding or showing when mature. 

Buyer agrees that this puppy will never be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility. If Buyer is unable to keep the puppy, seller will take the puppy back at any time at no compensation to the Buyer. Call us immediately if this situation occurs to discuss rehoming solutions.

I, the Buyer, understand that if I choose not to take this animal to a veterinarian within 48 hours, I am purchasing this animal "as is" at the time of sale with no guarantee whatsoever. I have read and understand this contract, and will abide by this agreement.
